Ordering
Q: What types of payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and ThirstMonger.com Gift Certificates.
Q: How do I view my orders?
A: Please login and go to Your Account. Orders will be shown under the header "Orders/Billing History".
Q: Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
A: Yes, setting up an account will also allow you to view your order history and streamline the ordering process in the future.
Q: Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A: Sales tax will only be charged if the product is taxable and is being shipped to any address in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Q: Is there an easy way to place a reorder?
A: In the Your Account section under "Orders/Billing History" is a link under each order number titled "Re-Order". Clicking the link will add the items from that order to your shopping cart. You can then review and add/remove any additional items.
Shipping
Q: Where can orders be shipped?
A: Orders can be shipped to the 48 continental United States. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico at this time.
Q: Can I ship my order somewhere other than my billing address?
A: Yes. During the checkout process you can add a different address for "shipping information".
Q: How are orders shipped?
A: Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
Q: How long do orders take to ship?
A: Orders generally take 5-10 business days for arrival.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is currently FREE for orders over $59. For all other orders shipping is just $7.95 per case!
Q: How do I track my package?
A: You will receive an email from FedEx with a tracking number. Please visit their site and enter the number for up-to-date tracking information.
Returns
Q: What should I do if my order was damaged or I received the wrong product?
A: Please contact us within 7 days using this form. Be sure to include the name the order was placed under, order number, phone number, e-mail and a brief description of the problem. We will respond to your request Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm EST. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Q: Does ThirstMonger.com sell alcoholic beverages?
A: No. ThirstMonger.com only sells non-alcoholic, nostalgic and niche beverages that are not commonly available nationwide.
Q: What if ThirstMonger.com does not carry the beverage I am looking for?
A: ThirstMonger.com is constantly looking for new beverages and wants your feedback. Please contact us and be sure to leave as much information as possible regarding the product or manufacturer.
Q: Where can I find additional product information?
A: On occasion, manufacturers change their product descriptions and ingredient lists. As such, actual product packaging and materials may contain additional and/or different information than that shown on our Website. We recommend, therefore, that you do not solely rely on the product information that appears on our Website and that you read all labels, ingredient lists and warnings before consuming a product.
