Pomegranate Crush

Serves 1
Ingredients:
2tbsp bottle green Pomegranate & Elderflower Cordial
50ml / 2fl oz vodka
Ice cubes, to serve
Soda Water, to top
Seeds of 1 pomegranate
Directions:
1. Place the cordial and vodka in a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes (if you don’t have a cocktail shaker place them in a jug and use a strainer) and shake them well to combine.
2. Pour into martini glasses and top up with soda water. Sprinkle with few of the pomegranate seeds.
Elderflower Cocktails
Elderflower Martini

Ingredients:
25ml vodka
25ml dry vermouth
25ml bottle green Elderflower Cordial.
Directions:
shake or stir with ice, then pour.
Champagne Twinkle
Glass:
Champagne Flute
Ingredients:
50ml vodka
25ml bottle green Elderflower Cordial
champagne.
Directions:
Build ingredients in a flute, top with champagne and garnish with seasonal fruit.
Elderflower Collins
Ingredients:
50ml Bombay Sapphire
25ml Bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial
25ml Lime juice
Directions:
Pour ingredients into a tall glass over crushed ice, stir & top up with soda
Dragon Cocktail
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Vodka
0.75 oz Hypnotic
0.5 oz bottle green Elderflower Cordial
Splash of water or Sparkling water
Directions:
Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass.
Tiger Lilly
Ingredients:
1/2 oz bottle green Ginger & Lemongrass Cordial
3/4 oz bottle green Elderflower Cordial
1 oz pear puree
Directions:
Combine in ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake. Pour into a martini glass through a fine strainer and garnish with a blade of lemongrass.
Wild Orchid
Ingredients:
10 Blueberries
1 inch cucumber sliced
1.75 oz Vodka
1 oz Plum Shake
0.75 oz bottle green Elderflower Cordial
1 oz Fresh pressed apple juice
Directions:
Press fruit in shaker glass, add the rest of the ingredients and add ice. Shake cold. Pour into a martini glass through fine strainer and garnish with an edible orchid.
Aromatic Lime Cocktails
Strawberry Summer Tang
Serves 1
Ingredients:
75g hulled strawberries
40 ml Bottlegreen Aromatic Lime Cordial
50 ml White rum
A scoop of Bottlegreen Elderflower sorbet
Directions:
Put the fruit into a pyrex jug and add the Lime Cordial and rum.
Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.
Put about two tablespoons of crushed ice into a cocktail glass.
Pour over the drink and then top with a scoop of Bottlegreen Elderflower sorbet.
Quick Tip
When making a few of these cocktails, a larger blender or food processor can be used to puree the strawberries.
Brazilian Blaster

Serves 1
Ingredients:
150ml Apple and Mango juice
60ml Brazilian liqueur Cachaca
40 ml Bottlegreen Aromatic Lime Cordial
Crushed ice
Sliced fresh lime
Directions:
Pour the apple and mango juice into a cocktail shaker. Add the Cachaca and Sweet Lime Cordial and shake together, or alternatively mix in a pyrex jug. Half fill a tumbler with roughly crushed ice, pour over the drink and serve with a slice of fresh lime.
Frozen Fruit Daiquiri

Ingredients:
4 oz bottle green Aromatic Lime Cordial
3 oz light rum
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup ripe fruit cut into 1" pieces
Directions:
Layer ingredients in blender in order listed. Place cover on blender and turn on Liquefy until slushy (45-50 seconds). Serve immediately.
Lime Daiquiri
Ingredients:
4 oz bottle green Aromatic Lime Cordial
3 oz light rum
2 cups ice cubes

Layer ingredients in blender in order listed. Place cover on blender and turn on Liquefy until slushy (45-50 seconds). Serve immediately

Lime Margarita
Ingredients:
½ cup bottle green Aromatic Lime Cordial
4 oz tequila
½ tbsb sugar
2 cups ice cubes
Directions:
Layer ingredients in blender in order listed. Place cover on blender and turn on Liquefy until slushy (45-60 seconds). Serve immediately.
Ginger & Lemongrass Cocktails
Cuban Special
Glass:
Cocktail
Ingredients:
40ml of vodka
20ml shot of pale rum
juice of ½ a lime
40ml bottle green Ginger & Lemongrass Cordial.
Directions:
Pour ingredients over ice and stir, garnish with a lime.
Geisha
Serves 1
Ingredients:
50ml dry gin
50ml apple juice
1 tsp bottlegreen Ginger & Lemongrass Cordial
A sliver of fresh apple
Directions:
Place the bottle of gin in the freezer for about 1 hour with the martini glass.
Fill half the cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the gin with the apple juice and bottlegreen Ginger & Lemongrass Cordial.
Shake for 8-10 seconds and then strain into the chilled glass.
Add the small slice of apple and serve.
Fresh Lemon Granita

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups bottle green Ginger & Lemongrass Cordial
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
Directions:
Combine sugar and water in medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sugar dissolves (about 3-4 minutes).
Cool completely (can place in a covered container and store in refrigerator overnight or chill over an ice bath for 30 minutes).
When cool, stir in Cordial, juice, and zest. Pour into empty ice cube trays and freeze (about 8 hours).
Place frozen cubes in a blender and crush until they are the consistency of snow.
Spoon into a chilled parfait cup and serve immediately.
