I spent a good part of a very hot Saturday afternoon replacing the front brakes on my fiancee's car, and ended up drinking four different Thirstmonger products that day to keep hydrated and energized. This one gave me a boost of needed energy, although I liked the taste a little less than the others (but of course everyone has different tastes). I'd definitely recommend it.
