I spent a good part of a very hot Saturday afternoon replacing the front brakes on my fiancee's car, and ended up drinking four different Thirstmonger products that day to keep hydrated and energized. This one gave me nice boost of needed energy. It tasted good too, although with a slight vitamin taste...but that's not necessarily a BAD thing -- it let me know the ingredient list was for real. Excellent!
