Tastes pretty good. Not sweet,tart taste. I drank this right before biking and I did feel like I stayed hydrated through the ride. I would recommend this drink.

Tastes great, less filling. This is a great post-workout thirst quencher, with the good health benefits of resveratrol. Of course I'd rather get my health-beneficial equivalent of resveratol from the 100 glasses of red wine it would take, but can't have it all!

For a flavored water with the cardio benefits, Dox Cardio Water tastes pretty good. I was surprised that it was only 20 calories since it does contain some sugar and it had just the right amount of sweetness to the pomegranate-grape taste. Knowing it has the heart benefits of resveratrol certainly makes this good choice as a substitiute for other beverages. Certainly a product worth trying.
